“You’ll never leave without a smile”

Beautiful, unique eyewear that highlights your personality. That was the starting point for Wim Somers and his wife Jamme to start Somers Optiek in 1981 in the creative heart of Antwerp. During that not-so-easy search for "fashionable glasses that stand out", Wim met his soul mate, Patrick Hoet. In 1987, they decide to launch their own line together under the name theo eyewear. Somers Optiek grows into the 'theo flagship store' where the focus is on the renowned Belgian brand with a twist. There is also room for additional guest collections.

The shop has undergone several transformations in recent years. For instance, son Jan took over the store and it was expanded. But the mission remains the same: putting a smile on every customer's face!
